A gentle space to be heard, understood and helped
Every woman I work with is different, and so every journey looks a little different too. There's no fixed programme or one-size-fits-all approach here. We start where you are and go from there, together.
The First Conversation
Before we begin, I'll send you a simple intake form, just a few questions to help me understand a little about you and what's showing up in your life. Then we get on a call, have a chat, and see if we're a good fit. This first conversation is completely free, and there's no pressure to go any further.

How I Work
Every woman I work with is different, and so every journey looks a little different too. Depending on what you need, we might work with one or a combination of these three approaches.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a deeply gentle and relaxing process, nothing like what you might have seen on television. There are two ways I use it, depending on what you need.

The first is an exploratory approach, helping you understand how experiences from your past may be quietly shaping how you feel and behave today. Often, just that awareness alone can be profound.
The second is a restorative approach, guiding you through a peaceful, meditative space where you feel safe, loved and free. Here we can gently begin to release the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back and replace them with something kinder and truer.

Coaching

Coaching is a practical, forward-looking conversation. We look at where you are, where you want to be, and what might be getting in the way.
Together, we find small, real steps that start to shift things, not a prescription, but a path that's yours.

Simply Being Heard

Sometimes the most powerful thing isn't a technique or a tool. It's having a space where you can speak freely, without judgment, to someone who truly listens and genuinely cares.
I've spent a lifetime learning how to hold space for people. If you just need to be heard, really heard, that is more than enough to begin with.

A Quiet Place to Retreat
Sometimes stepping away from everyday life is the beginning of everything. I offer a peaceful bed and breakfast on my farm here in rural New Zealand, a place to breathe, rest, and simply be still for a while.
