My name is Moyra, and I help women find their way back to who they really are, using gentle conversation, hypnotherapy and over a lifetime of hard-won experience.
I've walked a long road myself. I know what it feels like to carry things you didn't choose, to go through the motions, to wonder if it's too late to feel different. It isn't. And I'd love to walk alongside you for a while.

For years I’ve been battling a daily frustration that I didn’t know how to move past — the state of my home with three kids (one being an adult man-kid). Moyra really listened to what I was saying, and didn’t let my resistance to anything she suggested deter her in helping me work through it. She knew exactly what questions to ask to get me to see things differently, and after our time together I had some really practical strategies to implement. Over the past week I’ve implemented the strategies Moyra helped me uncover, and I’ve made immense progress with how the mess makes me feel. This is vital, as it’s been a constant source of distraction and has robbed energy and focus from the things that matter.
